Amends Section 49-39-5 of Mississippi Code to revise geographic standards for appointing members to the Board of Trustees of the Mississippi Outdoor Stewardship Trust Fund.

Changes Governor's four appointees from "one from each congressional district existing on July 1, 2022" to "from geographically diverse areas."

Changes Lieutenant Governor's three appointees from "one from each State Supreme Court district existing on July 1, 2022" to "from geographically diverse areas."

Retains all other board composition requirements, including ex officio members from state agencies and legislative committees, qualification standards, terms of service, and conflict of interest provisions.

Takes effect upon passage.
