Authorizes the Mississippi Transportation Commission to design, construct, operate, maintain, and regulate electric vehicle charging stations individually or jointly with other government entities.

Allows the commission to contract with private companies licensed in Mississippi to design, finance, construct, operate, and maintain electric vehicle charging stations.

Permits the commission to grant funds to private companies for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations.

Requires all charging stations and related infrastructure to meet minimum design, construction, and maintenance standards established by the commission and Mississippi Department of Transportation, with periodic inspections to ensure compliance.

Codifies these provisions as a new section in Title 65, Chapter 1 of the Mississippi Code and takes effect upon passage.
