Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning shall appoint staff and provide facilities, support, equipment, supplies, travel, and other expenses necessary for the Commission on College Accreditation to perform its duties.

Board of Trustees may charge the Commission for actual costs incurred in assisting with the Commission's duties.

Commission shall authorize and maintain an approved list of all public and private postsecondary, academic degree-granting institutions and entities domiciled in Mississippi that offer postsecondary academic degrees, programs, or coursework; "domiciled" is defined as conducting postsecondary academic activity, including field placements, within Mississippi.

Commission may establish fees for institutions participating in interstate reciprocity agreements to cover direct and indirect administrative costs incurred by the Commission or Board of Trustees on the Commission's behalf.

Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
