Designates a 1-mile segment of Mississippi Highway 25 in Leake County, beginning at Hopoca Road in Carthage and extending north, as the "Kash Haiden McGraw Memorial Highway" in memory of Kash McGraw.

Designates the bridge on Mississippi Highway 25 at its intersection with Mississippi Highway 19 in Winston County as the "Stacey Dale Ricks Memorial Bridge" honoring Stacey Dale Ricks, a former State National Flood Insurance Program Coordinator and Bureau Director.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching both the designated highway segment and bridge.

Takes effect upon passage.
