• Amends multiple sections of Mississippi Code (67-1-71, 87-1-5, 97-33-1, 97-33-7, 97-33-17, 97-33-25, and 97-33-27) to add exceptions for gaming on Pearl River vessels, consistent with existing exceptions for Mississippi River gaming vessels.

• Establishes that gaming on Pearl River vessels is not prohibited gambling under state law, allowing operation of gaming devices and equipment aboard these vessels without violating illegal gambling statutes.
