Prohibits nonresident aliens who are citizens of countries hostile to the United States or known human rights violators from holding, disposing of, or transmitting land by descent within 50 miles of a military installation in Mississippi.

Defines "military installation" to include bases, camps, posts, stations, yards, centers, homeport facilities, or other installations under jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, or Mississippi National Guard.

Maintains existing provisions allowing resident aliens to acquire and hold land on equal terms with citizens, and permits nonresident aliens to acquire up to 320 acres for industrial development or 5 acres for residential purposes (outside the 50-mile radius restriction).

Preserves existing exceptions for nonresident aliens from Syria and Lebanon to inherit property, and exempts corporations and business entities from alienage-based forfeiture regardless of nonresident alien ownership.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
