Eliminates liability for real estate licensees regarding property size or area disclosures, except when licensees knowingly misrepresent information or knowingly fail to disclose the source of third-party information.

Removes real estate agents' liability for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in property condition disclosures required under Mississippi Code Sections 89-1-501 through 89-1-523.

Prohibits the Mississippi Real Estate Commission from disciplining or taking action against licensees for information disclosure requirements or failures under Sections 89-1-501 through 89-1-523.

Clarifies that no person or entity shall be deemed an agent of the transferor or transferee for disclosure purposes under the property disclosure requirements.

Repeals Sections 89-1-521 and 89-1-525, which previously imposed certain disclosure requirements and penalties on licensed real estate brokers and salespersons.
