Reauthorizes distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of the Mississippi Sweet Potato Council, effective for registration years beginning on or after July 1, 2023 (extended from original July 1, 2019 date)

Requires an additional fee of $30.00 annually for the distinctive tag, with distribution as follows: $24 to the Mississippi Sweet Potato Council, $1 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to the State Highway Fund, and $1 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2

County tax collectors retain $2.00 of the additional fee and deposit it into the county general fund; the remaining fee amount is remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue

Requires the Mississippi Sweet Potato Council to satisfy the requirements of Section 27-19-44(3) before July 1, 2026 in order for the distinctive license tag to continue being issued

Replacement tags cost $10.00, with 5% retained by the tax collector and the remainder distributed according to the same fee distribution formula
