Requires the Department of Public Safety to waive driver's license and learner's permit fees for applicants in the custody of the Department of Child Protection Services.

Exempts applicants in MDCPS custody from paying card stock fees for producing licenses and identification cards.

Applies to all driver's licenses, learner's permits, and identification cards covered under the fee schedule in Section 63-1-43.

Effective July 1, 2023.
