Creates the "First Responders Retirement Incentive" in the Public Employees' Retirement System for members hired on or after July 1, 2011.

Grants one year of creditable service at no cost to members for every five years served as a first responder in Mississippi.

Requires first responders to have no felony convictions at the time of retirement to be eligible for this incentive.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
