Amends Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code to add a new sales tax exemption for the 5th Squad Veteran Nonprofit organization.

Exempts sales of tangible personal property and services to 5th Squad Veteran Nonprofit from Mississippi sales taxation.

The exemption is added as subsection (aaa) to the existing list of organizations and entities that qualify for sales tax exemptions.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
