Amends Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code to add a new exemption (aaa) from sales tax for sales of coins, currency, and bullion.

Defines "bullion" as bars, ingots, or coins made of gold, silver, platinum, or palladium that were used as a medium of exchange and are sold based on intrinsic precious metal value rather than face value.

Defines "coin or currency" as coins or currency made of gold, silver, other metals, or paper that were used as a medium of exchange and are sold based on intrinsic value as a collectible or precious metal, excluding coins incorporated into jewelry.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
