Provides an annual salary supplement of $5,000 to any licensed teacher with five or more years of teaching experience who teaches at least one full academic year in an "F"-designated school within an "F"-designated school district.

Authorizes reimbursement for relocation expenses and interview expenses for eligible teachers meeting the qualifications under this program, subject to available funding.

Allows eligible teachers to receive the $5,000 supplement in addition to other salary supplements they may qualify for under existing law.

Amends Section 37-159-5 to permit teachers to receive moving expense reimbursement on more than one occasion when authorized under the new teacher recruitment provisions for "F" schools.

Effective July 1, 2023.
