Prohibits school districts and other political subdivisions from requiring anti-COVID vaccines or face coverings, effective July 1, 2023

Creates exceptions for existing vaccination requirements under Sections 41-23-37 and 43-20-8, facilities operated by the Department of Corrections, Division of Youth Services, and state-owned or state-controlled healthcare facilities

Permits reasonable accommodation measures for unvaccinated or non-immune employees, patients, visitors, and others to protect public health and safety from communicable diseases

Makes it unlawful for school districts or political subdivisions to deny services, employment, licensing, educational opportunities, or healthcare access based on vaccination status or refusal to wear face coverings

Allows public accommodations operated by school districts or political subdivisions to exclude or refuse service based on vaccination status or face covering refusal only as permitted under the reasonable accommodation provision
