Permits exclusion of unimmunized children from school during epidemics or threatened epidemics of vaccine-preventable diseases until immunized or the public health danger no longer exists.

Requires schools to report immunization compliance data to health officers by October 1 annually and to post reports online for public access.

Directs the Department of Health to implement a marketing program providing evidence-based immunization information from credible scientific and public health organizations, including details about the Vaccines for Children Program.
