Establishes a salary scale for school attendance officers with minimum salaries ranging from $29,500.00 (bachelor's degree, 0 years experience) to $55,700.00 (master's degree/licensed social worker, 35+ years experience), effective July 1, 2023.

Removes the previous cap of 153 school attendance officers statewide, allowing the Office of Compulsory School Attendance Enforcement to determine the necessary number of officers.

Caps the salary of the State Superintendent of Public Education at $250,000.00 per year, effective after July 1, 2023.

Caps the salary of the Executive Director of the Mississippi Community College Board at $250,000.00 per year, effective July 1, 2023.
