Administratively deconsolidates the West Bolivar Consolidated School District into three separate districts (West Bolivar, Shaw, and Benoit) effective by July 1, 2024, restoring the boundaries that existed before their mandated consolidation in 2012.

Requires the State Board of Education to serve notice by September 1, 2023, and hold elections for new boards of trustees in November 2023 for the three new school districts.

North Bolivar Consolidated School District and Cleveland School District remain unaffected and continue normal operations.

Transfers all real and personal property owned by the West Bolivar Consolidated School District to the respective new reorganized school districts in which former districts are located.

Each new school district appoints its own superintendent and may have no more than one assistant superintendent; all property transfers must comply with desegregation court orders and voting rights requirements.
