Prohibits state agencies, departments, political subdivisions, and their employees from planning, implementing, assisting with, or cooperating with federal laws, rules, regulations, or orders effective on or after January 1, 2024 that ban or restrict ownership of semiautomatic firearms or firearm magazines.

Bars state entities from assisting with enforcement of federal requirements to register firearms, magazines, or firearm accessories.

Prevents state cooperation with federal confiscation of firearms, magazines, or firearm accessories from Mississippi citizens.

Prohibits state involvement in federal seizure of privately owned real property when such seizure is based on international treaties or agency agreements entered into by the federal government.

Takes effect January 1, 2023.
