Prohibits state employees from downloading or using TikTok on state-issued devices or accessing TikTok through state-operated networks.

Prevents state agencies and public officers from operating TikTok accounts or publishing content on the platform in their official capacity.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Information Technology to include TikTok prohibition in its model acceptable use policy for wireless communication devices.

Defines "TikTok" as the social media platform operated by TikTok, Incorporated, and owned by ByteDance Limited, including successors or assigns.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
