Authorizes the City of Vicksburg governing authorities to contribute up to $100,000 annually to the creation, development, and promotion of the Dr. Jane Ellen McAllister Museum, a nonprofit museum located at 1403 Main Street in Vicksburg.

Museum will commemorate the accomplishments of Dr. Jane Ellen McAllister, the first African American woman to earn a doctorate degree, and aims to provide economic benefits to the city through tourism.

Grants governing authorities the additional power to apply for grants to assist with funding the museum.

Authorization expires July 1, 2027.

Effective upon passage.
