Adds State Board of Education accreditation as an alternative to regional accreditation for educational services charitable organizations seeking eligibility under the tax credit program.

Maintains existing tax credit eligibility for organizations licensed or contracted with Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services that provide prevention, safety, care, or adoption services for children.

Maintains existing tax credit eligibility for educational organizations serving foster care children, children with chronic illnesses or disabilities, and economically disadvantaged children.

Takes effect January 1, 2023.
