Appropriates $20,625,000 from the State General Fund to the City of Brookhaven for infrastructure projects in fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).

Allocates $3,750,000 for repair and renovation of Brookway Boulevard from Interstate 55 to Highway 51.

Allocates $8,850,000 for improvements to the wastewater treatment plant and $1,300,000 to extend sewage service to unserved residents.

Allocates $5,000,000 for repair and renovation of the city-wide sewer system.

Allocates remaining funds for water treatment plant construction ($750,000), Brignall Well renovation ($450,000), and wastewater lagoon improvements ($525,000).
