Extends the repeal date of the Grenada Tourism Commission and its authorized taxes from September 30, 2023 to September 30, 2027.

Authorizes the City of Grenada to impose a 2% tourism tax on hotel and motel room rentals and a 1% tax on restaurant and bar gross receipts for promoting tourism and conventions.

Authorizes an additional 1% tax on hotel and motel room rentals and an additional 1% tax on restaurant and bar gross receipts specifically for constructing, financing, and operating a sports park.

Establishes a seven-member Grenada Tourism Commission composed of representatives from the restaurant, hotel/motel, and business associations, plus Chamber of Commerce and city-appointed members.

Requires tax revenue to be collected by the Department of Revenue and dedicated to tourism promotion (50% to convention center planning) and sports park development, with annual audits by independent certified public accountants.
