Appropriates $62,220,628.00 from the State General Fund to Lincoln County for capital projects in fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).

Building Projects: $2.75 million for courthouse HVAC system ($500,000), jail renovations ($1,000,000), E911 relocation ($500,000), and courthouse renovations ($750,000).

Bridge Projects: $30 million total including $28 million for timber bridges across the county, $1.35 million for Bethel Road Bridge/Mt. Olive Road, and $650,000 for Opelousas Timber Bridge.

Road Projects: $29,320,628 total including $20 million for paving state aid roads, Jackson Liberty Road ($2.5 million), Auburn Road to Chip Mill ($1.55 million), and five other specific road improvements.

Hamlet of Bogue Chitto Project: $150,000 allocation.
