Appropriates $1,820,000 from the 2022 Local Improvements Projects Fund to the Scenic Rivers Development Alliance for park upgrades in Walthall, Pike, Amite, Franklin, and Wilkinson Counties for fiscal year 2024

Authorized upgrades include facility/park equipment, parking/road repairs, building repairs, site development, river/lake access, erosion control, utility repairs, and seating improvements at various parks, lakes, and recreational sites

Appropriates $250,000 to the Summit Community Development Foundation for the Stand Pipe project for fiscal year 2024

Requires each of the five county members of the Scenic Rivers Development Alliance to pledge funding for ongoing maintenance, operation, and administrative costs to qualify for the appropriation

Replaces funds that were previously vetoed by the Governor in House Bill No. 1353 during the 2022 Regular Session
