Appropriates $184,414,405 from the State General Fund and authorizes $1,701,585,668 from patient fees, student fees, and other special sources for the University of Mississippi Medical Center for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024)

Funds support the School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, School of Nursing, School of Health Related Professions, School of Population Health, Teaching Hospital, and Medical Center Service Area

Allocates $7,333,029 from the Education Enhancement Fund for education activities, scholarships, and rural physician/dentist scholarship programs, plus $2,170,000 for the Rural Physicians Scholarship Program

Provides specific funding for specialized programs including $5,000,000 for the Cancer Institute, $3,000,000 for the MIND Center, $1,349,998 for the Children's Safe Center for abused and neglected children, and $1,382,250 for the Office of Mississippi Physician Workforce

Prohibits use of appropriated funds for research that kills or destroys existing human embryos, and requires state agencies receiving medical services to reimburse the hospital within 90 days
