Authorizes 217 permanent positions and 13 time-limited positions, with restrictions preventing salary increases for current employees unless new funds are available

Allocates $1,100,000 for the Beaver Control Program, with participating counties required to pay up to $7,500 each, and $650,000 coming from the Department of Transportation

Provides $400,000 in matching funds for the Mississippi Healthy Food and Families Program and $74,805 for the Mississippi Egg Marketing Board

Establishes performance targets including 64,500 retail motor fuel device inspections, 125,000 museum attendees, 1,250,000 fairgrounds visitors, and 2,000 pesticide-related inspections
