Appropriates $1,641,833.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Board of Animal Health for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).

Authorizes $1,253,690.00 in expenditures from special source funds collected by the Board of Animal Health for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 23 permanent positions and 5 time-limited positions for the Board; restricts FY2025 personal services funding to FY2024 levels unless the Legislature adds programs or positions.

Allocates $250,000.00 from the Animal Health Disaster Response Fund for expenses related to animal disease outbreak response.

Allocates $112,500.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for the purchase of new vehicles by the Board of Animal Health.
