Appropriates $1,400,000 from the State General Fund and $148,576,206 from special funds to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024)

Authorizes 479 permanent positions and 135 time-limited positions for the department

Allocates $33,047,000 from the Unemployment Trust Fund for One-Stop Career Center operations, unemployment compensation administration, fraud reduction, technology improvements, and facility construction or improvements

Appropriates $15,800,000 from the General Fund and authorizes $18,400,000 in special funds for the Office of Workforce Development, including $12,000,000 for the Career Coaching Program and $3,200,000 for operating expenses

Designates specific funding for workforce programs including $200,000 for Pathways2Possibilities, $600,000 for Jobs for Mississippi Graduates, $400,000 for Skills Foundation of Mississippi, and $1,800,000 total for the Mississippi Integrated Education and Workforce State Longitudinal Data System
