Appropriates $210,120,434 to the Office of State Aid Road Construction of the Mississippi Department of Transportation for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024)

Authorizes 54 permanent positions and allocates up to $30,000,000 specifically for replacing structurally deficient bridges through the Local System Bridge Program

Permits up to $500,000 in reimbursements from the Mississippi Development Authority for engineering services provided to political subdivisions under the Economic Development Highway Act

Sets performance targets including 175 projects let to contract, 85 bridges replaced or repaired, 95% of construction funds allocated to counties, and administrative costs kept at 4% of construction costs

Authorizes payment of approximately $12,160 in outstanding claims from fiscal year 2020 to various individuals and RLI Insurance Company
