Appropriates $106,461.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Chiropractic Examiners for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2023, with future budget requests submitted in comparable format and detail.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment if multiple bids are equal in price, quality, and service, or when making purchases without competitive bids.

Requires all funds to be expended in compliance with Mississippi Code Section 27-104-25, prohibiting agencies from incurring obligations exceeding their appropriation, with responsible officers held liable for violations.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
