Appropriates $1,157,582.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Dental Examiners for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).

Authorizes 8 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the board.

Restricts personal services spending for fiscal year 2025 to not exceed fiscal year 2024 appropriated amounts unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature.

Allocates $27,000.00 from appropriated funds to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Mississippi Prescription Monitoring Program expenses.

Establishes that the Mississippi Industries for the Blind shall receive preference in competitive and non-competitive procurement when bids are equal in price, quality, and service.
