Appropriates $9,022,834 from the State General Fund and $1,637,292 from special funds to the Mississippi Gaming Commission for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024)

Authorizes 120 permanent positions for the commission with restrictions on salary increases and requirements that vacancy funds be used only for new hires, not promotions or salary adjustments for current employees

Designates $75,000 to be transferred to the Mississippi Council on Compulsive Gambling for crisis intervention and support services

Allocates a portion of special funds from forfeited property seized by the Gaming Commission for law enforcement resources, and from Gaming Control Act fees for investigating, permitting, and fingerprint analysis

Sets FY2024 performance targets including $2 billion in annual state riverboat gaming revenues, regulation of 26 casinos, and oversight of 50 charitable bingo halls
