Authorizes the City of Gautier, Mississippi to enter into a public-private partnership with Unlimited Play, Inc., a Missouri-based nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that builds universally accessible playgrounds.

Permits the city to contribute municipal funds to Unlimited Play, Inc. for design and construction of an inclusion playground on city-owned property in Town Commons Park, with the playground to be donated to the city upon completion.

Exempts the playground design and construction from state "public construction" requirements under Mississippi Code Section 31-7-13 et seq., allowing the partnership to proceed outside normal public construction constraints.

Defines an "inclusion playground" as a facility allowing children of all levels and abilities to play and interact together.

Becomes effective upon passage.
