Authorizes the Board of Supervisors of Lowndes County to contribute up to $1.85 million total from the county's Local Fiscal Recovery Funds allocation to nine specified nonprofit organizations.

Authorized recipients and maximum contribution amounts are: Frank P. Phillips Memorial YMCA ($400,000), Boys and Girls Club of the Golden Triangle ($175,000), Golden Triangle Regional Homeless Coalition ($200,000), United Way of Lowndes and Noxubee Counties ($150,000), Last House on the Block ($175,000), Habitat for Humanity Housing ($150,000), Community Counseling Services ($300,000), Contact Helpline ($100,000), and Helping Hands Ministry ($100,000).

Prohibits recipient nonprofits from using contributed funds for salaries or personnel bonuses.

Contributions are discretionary with the Board of Supervisors and must be made from Local Fiscal Recovery Funds specifically.

Provisions expire and are repealed effective July 1, 2024.
