References International Agency for Research on Cancer estimate projecting a 56% increase in global colorectal cancer cases between 2020 and 2040, with deaths increasing by 69%.

Directs the State Board of Health to disseminate public information regarding colorectal cancer dangers and the importance of screening.

Requires the resolution be forwarded to the State Board of Health for publication and distribution to the Capitol Press Corps.
