Recognizes Jacqueline "J.D." Ervin of McComb, Mississippi as "Miss Rodeo Mississippi 2023" for the Dixie National Livestock and Rodeo Show.

Ervin is a 21-year-old senior at Mississippi State University pursuing a degree in Business Administration and is one of the first set of living quintuplets born in Mississippi in 50 years.

She has over 11 years of rodeo and horse show experience, including titles of Grand Champion from TTES Riding Club, Reserve Champion from Liverpool Riding Club, and four consecutive NBHA Worlds qualifications.

Resolution directs the resolution to be presented to Ervin, forwarded to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
