Recognizes the "P3: Passion. Purpose. Paycheck." Program in Jackson County, a collaborative initiative developed in 2021 by the Jackson County Economic Development Foundation, Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, and United Way of George and Jackson Counties to connect high school students with career opportunities.

Program provides one-on-one career coaching in seven Jackson County high schools, industry job shadowing, exposure to employer videos, and aptitude testing to help students identify career paths leading to enrollment, employment, or enlistment after graduation.

Achieved significant results in first year including reaching nearly 40% of Jackson County high school students, completing over 2,128 contact hours with students, facilitating over 200 job shadowing connections, and helping more than 50 students begin careers with employers including Ingalls Shipbuilding, Rolls-Royce, and the U.S. Navy.

Names program supervisor David Fava and seven career coaches at Jackson County high schools (Amanda Stubbs, Brittni Martin, Kim Wiley, Quinta Anderson, Regina Story, Shirrell Williams, and Shunda Williams) for their work connecting students with local employers.

Directs that the resolution be presented to the P3 Program Supervisor and staff and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
