Commends Northwest Mississippi Community College "Rangers" Softball Team and Head Coach Chelsea Bramlett for winning their first NJCAA Region 23 Championship Title and first MACCC "Academic Team of the Year" Award.

Northwest Softball team achieved a 3.73 grade point average, the highest overall GPA among all MACCC sports, and advanced to the NJCAA Division II Championship Tournament Final Four.

Head Coach Chelsea Bramlett named NJCAA Gulf A District (Region 23) Coach of the Year in her third season, compiling a 63-37 overall record with a .630 winning percentage.

Sophomore Laila Armstrong received the New Balance-NFCA Golden Shoe Award as the nation's best base stealer in NJCAA Division II; infielder Caylee Comer, catcher Molly Harris, and outfielder Saige Koczka earned All-Tournament recognition.

Names 20 student-athletes on the roster and identifies coaching and athletic department staff members responsible for the team's success.
