Removes the requirement that county sheriffs file monthly expense reports with the board of supervisors for approval at regular monthly meetings.

Removes the requirement that the board of supervisors appropriate quarterly lump sums for sheriff, tax assessor, and tax collector expenses in equal one-fourth increments of the annual budget.

Eliminates the mandate that tax assessors and tax collectors file monthly expenditure reports with the board of supervisors for approval at regular monthly meetings.

Retains the requirement that sheriffs and assessor/tax collectors submit annual budgets to the board of supervisors at the July meeting for examination and approval.

Allows the board of supervisors to revise budgets and make supplemental appropriations at any regular meeting for these three county offices.
