Amends Mississippi Code Section 79-4-14.21 to authorize the Secretary of State to serve notice of corporation dissolution determination and certificates of dissolution to corporations by electronic mail only to the registered agent's email address, removing the option of first-class mail.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 79-4-15.31 to authorize notice of revocation of a foreign corporation's certificate of authority to be served by electronic mail only to the registered agent's email address, rather than first-class mail.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 79-29-823 to authorize notice of administrative dissolution of limited liability companies and certificates of administrative dissolution to be served by electronic mail only to the registered agent's email address.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 79-29-1023 to authorize notice of administrative revocation of registration for foreign limited liability companies and certificates of administrative revocation to be served by electronic mail only to the registered agent's email address.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
