Changes the definition of "permanent residence" for sex offender registry from 14 or more consecutive days to 14 or more aggregate days in a six-month period.

Changes the definition of "temporary residence" for sex offender registry from 7 or more consecutive days to 7 or more aggregate days in a six-month period.

Establishes confidentiality and liability protections for organ procurement organization peer review committees, making their records and proceedings non-discoverable in civil actions and prohibiting disclosure of organ donor and recipient identities.

Extends the time period for courts to revise a defendant's sentence from one year to three years after the defendant has been incarcerated, and allows modification to place offenders in intensive supervision programs or intervention courts.

Effective July 1, 2024.
