Removes the requirement that a county must have received funding for no more than eight rounds from the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program to be eligible for additional matching assistance funds.

Allows counties and municipalities with remaining eligibility to access Rural Fire Truck Matching Assistance Fund if they meet other criteria and lack sufficient funds to purchase a fire truck.

Maintains existing requirements that counties and municipalities pledge matching funds equal to at least one-tenth of the requested distribution amount.

Preserves the tiered funding structure providing up to $50,000 per truck for the first six trucks, $70,000 for trucks seven through eleven, and $90,000 for trucks twelve through fifteen.
