Prohibits managed care organizations under Mississippi Medicaid from transferring a beneficiary to another managed care organization or fee-for-service provider more than once in a 12-month period unless there is a significant medical reason, as determined by the Division of Medicaid.

Applies this transfer restriction to all health maintenance organizations, coordinated care organizations, provider-sponsored health plans, and other capitated payment entities operating under the state's managed care programs.

Extends the repeal date of Section 43-13-117 from July 1, 2024 to July 1, 2025.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
