Declares that all forms of discrimination in the criminal justice system are prohibited in Mississippi.

Requires the Attorney General, Department of Public Safety, Department of Corrections, State Parole Board, courts, district attorneys, public defenders, law enforcement agencies, and mental health agencies to take measures ensuring their activities are free of discrimination.

Mandates that administrative heads of covered entities provide all employees with training in state and federal antidiscrimination laws to ensure equal treatment of persons in protected classes involved with the criminal justice system.

Requires each entity to implement workplace policies prohibiting discriminatory actions, setting clear expectations for employee conduct and consequences for policy violations.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
