Amends Section 29-5-203 of the Mississippi Code to revise the boundaries of the Capitol Complex Improvement District in Jackson, Mississippi, effective July 1, 2024.

Changes the northern boundary from LeFleur's Bluff State Park and Ridgewood Road to Northside Drive and Boling Street.

Replaces references to the Illinois Central Railroad line and Livingston Road with Boling Street and Bullard Street as boundary markers.

Modifies the southern and western boundaries to reference West Monument Street and Rose Street instead of West Capitol Street and Mitchell Avenue/Stonewall Street.

Changes the western boundary reference from Valley Street to Ellis Avenue and adds Interstate 20 as a boundary marker alongside Interstate 55.
