Authorizes governing authorities of municipalities designated as qualified resort areas to specify hours of operation for facilities selling alcoholic beverages.

Allows municipalities to set the minimum percentage of revenue that alcohol-serving facilities must derive from food preparation and service rather than beverage sales.

Permits municipalities to designate specific geographic areas within qualified resort areas where alcoholic beverage sales may be located.

Adds multiple new areas and facilities throughout Mississippi to the definition of "qualified resort area," including specific municipalities, golf courses, event venues, and other commercial properties identified by geographic location and GPS coordinates.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
