Prohibits insurers from declining, limiting, or discriminating in coverage of life, disability, or long-term care insurance policies based solely on an individual's status as a living organ donor.

Makes it unlawful for insurers to preclude an insured from donating organs as a condition of continuing policy coverage.

Requires the Department of Insurance to adopt rules and regulations to implement the act's provisions.

Authorizes the Mississippi State Department of Health to make materials received from recognized living organ donation organizations publicly available and to accept funding from public or private sources for this purpose.

Effective July 1, 2024.
