Requires the Chief Justice of the Mississippi Supreme Court to provide the Secretary of State with the names of judges selected to hear election day disputes at the time of appointment, unless the Secretary of State is a party to the dispute.

Specifies that judges selected by the Supreme Court shall have sole jurisdiction to hear election day disputes and must be available on election day to immediately resolve disputes.

Requires the circuit clerk to docket election day disputes only to the judge designated by the Supreme Court for that county, with all disputes in one county going to the same judge unless that judge is absent or unavailable.

Mandates that the Supreme Court compile a list before each election specifying which judges shall be available to hear disputes in each county, with judges prohibited from hearing disputes in their own district or county.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
