Increases the maximum weekly unemployment benefit amount from $235.00 to $275.00 for benefit years beginning on or after July 1, 2024.

Maintains the minimum weekly benefit amount at $30.00 and the calculation method of one-twenty-sixth of highest quarter wages in the base period.

Brings forward Section 71-5-507 regarding total regular benefits equal to 26 times the weekly benefit amount or one-third of total base period wages, whichever is less.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
